We've been taking our French Bulldog Hiero to The Pupper Club nearly 2 years now, he considers it a 2nd home. Weekly visits are something he looks forward to for safe, supervised playtime. He's also able to get a nail trim and the occasional boarding, all offered by the club. We especially love the Instagram Stories, where we can often see him playing with others throughout the day! Lucky to have such attentive care nearby who values our dog as much as we do.

We brought in Mia for her first cut and I must say it was a great experience! It was easy to book the service online and we received reminders of her upcoming appointment. Were greeted at the front door by a very friendly person. I believe the name was Serene. Serene & Callie made sure Mia felt comfortable as I left her in their care for the first time. I was so happy with the outcome. Mia got the full grooming service and looks adorable! Thanks again Pupper Club. We will be back next time :)

My 11 months-old puppy LOVES this place! All staff members are very friendly and they care so much about the puppies and their pawrents. Sereene is the best of the best as she takes care of my Princess as if she is her own. I feel safe to leave my picky Princess with Pupper Club and since they do grooming as well, it makes my life so much easier. I just have to drop off Princess in the morning for daycare and she will come home all nice and fresh. They don't have the live video for pawrents to watch but they post many pictures and videos on their Instagram page. If you live in the downtown LA area, you should definitely check out this place.

Best groomers in DTLA for sure. Always do a good clean job. Easy to book. Only issue is the parking BUT they will come outside and grab your pupper and bring him back outside when they're done, if you cant find anywhere to park. I've tried a bunch of different groomers throughout the years and have had so many bad experiences. While its so much more convenient for a mobile grooming service, pupper club is the way to go if you care about your dog!

I don't know why it took me so long to finally write this! I have been taking my senior bulldog Pig to The Pupper Club since they opened and they've always been so wonderful and gentle with her. She's older, so getting her groomed used to really stress me out, but I feel so much better about it, knowing how good they are with her. Highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE The Pupper Club! We recently rescued a sweet, 10-year old maltipoo and have had the hardest time finding a place to groom him. He is terrified of kennels and can get anxious or snappy with new people. From the first phone call, the staff set me at ease; helping me plan what was the best time for him to come in, offering private space for him to wait that was not in a kennel, and bringing him out to us looking like a brand new dog at the end of his appointment. They did such incredible work-we will definitely be back-couldn't be happier!
