(Monday-Friday) Our pick-up and drop-off hours are between 7 AM - 8 PM. (Saturday-Sunday) Our pick-up and drop-off hours are between 10 AM - 6 PM. Los Angeles Location is CLOSED on SUNDAYS!

A meet and greet with other dogs will be conducted by one of our trained professionals to ensure the safety of all our guests - this should take around 20-30 minutes. It will consist of basic recall testing and an aggression assessment. Upon approval, your pup will be eligible to stay with us anytime!

If you ever want to pause your membership and come back later--no problem--just let us know! If you want to cancel your membership - you can do that too! No commitment.

Simply bring the dog food of your choice and any medication your dog has prescribed to them - we’ll take care of the rest. We can store both dry food and cold storage food.

Twice per day. We have an outdoor grass patch to let your pup get daily potty breaks in the morning and in the evening (unless requested not to do so by the owner).

Of course! We're equipped with a full-service grooming salon. Simply add on a grooming service during your pup's stay with us. Our monthly membership plans include free grooming services (vary based on your plan).

Yes! We have 24-hour access to local vets and won't hesitate to rush your dog to a hospital in the rare case of an emergency.
